A kind of fluffy pancake-like of bread, Roti Canai  is always served with dhal (beans, carrot, and potatoes cooked with coconut milk and spices) or fish curry. This Indian flatbread is made soft inside yet crispy outside. This Roti Canai is one of the popular breakfast for Malaysian and served together with Teh Tarik (a.k.a. 1 meter tea) drinks.
